Better beginner training would be good especially for the selling business manager position, more knowledge about certain brands, and/or visuals including floor plans. Our store doesn’t have a visual manager and sometimes it’s hard to do all by yourself. Having to get credit cards is really hard in certain departments, I understand it’s a necessity, but maybe don’t be so hard on the people who can’t get them, if they’re accelerating at something else- like utilizing connect and reaching out to customers.
