Pros

Not open on Christmas That’s about it

Cons

0 work-life balance Low discount for mandatory outfit standards Toxic work environment Even your SM and ASM will gossip to and/or about you This employer doesn’t care about family life, well being, or health of employees You’re schedule will be changed and you will he demanded to work off days The upper management expects you to walk with them during visits like a trained puppy rather than being personable and getting to know what is really going on You’re expected to sell house brands that are overpriced and “luxury” when the clientele doesn’t know or could care less about the brand

Pros

The more you sell the more you make, an amazing team behind you to help also!

Cons

They push credit cards out on the employees when everyone either has a credit line with Dillard’s or they’re signed up with someone else and if you don’t get a credit application within a certain amount of time you’re at fault for it and have to attend an 7am pointless class.
