      Decent pay, benefits, and gratis for making goals/but not during pandemic

      Cons

      Overwork you, expect too much, don’t appreciate the good associates, a lot of favoritism, racist, and they talk rude to their associates.They lied to get you in there and then switch things about your position once they have you.

      Pros

      14 dollars an hour was a very good wage in virginia for retail. most people at other places make 7.25-10 for a retail job. amazing discounts for employees.

      Cons

      gossiping managers, gossiping employees, managers play favorites. you are always at risk of getting fired if you have low sales and don't open credit card accounts. you have to open up at least three a month to be safe from being fired. The store I worked at was VERY slow. Hardly had any customers so people got fired all the time for having low sales.

      Discount but everything is expensive so it doesnt matter.

      Unsanitary working conditions Bad management that turns over every 2 months Company lies about how they're doing in business CEO does not take any precautions for COVID-19 and does not care about employees You are NEVER thanked for doing your job Bathrooms are constantly dirty, store is dirty Unfair pay. They will lie to you about this too. Unrealistic sales goals that Dillards know they will never meet but push you anyway. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR WELL BEING.
