Pros

It's a paycheck and the discount is good.

Cons

Management treats employees like they are disposable. The stress level is unbelievable! I wish I knew what I know now, I would never have gone to work there.

Pros

Good starting pay with a chance to increase your pay according to your selling rate, employee discounts, ability to move up fast within the store and ways to make a couple extra dollars by selling incentives.

Cons

Lots of tedious and ridiculous rules enforced with more rules being continuously added, extremely high daily quotas that make it hard to get a pay increase

Pros

They typically pay just a little more than average, so I guess that would be one positive thing. The discount was ok, too.

Cons

Management seems to be above the law, for some reason, and constantly yells, curses at and belittles their employees. It's not abnormal for someone (usually females) to cry on a daily basis. This is the worst management method I've ever been exposed to.
