Management. If the management, I mean all management, was replaced with people who have actual management experience (an MBA would be nice), then the company would be a whole lot better. The actual job is fun, but if you want to hate your life and watch every second go by the entire time you are there, then feel free to work here. The opportunities for growth are a joke. Favoritism is key here, and if you seem like a strong person, they will feel intimidated and will purposely make sure you fail. If you have talent, are smart, and are driven to do big things in life, go somewhere else. If you want to be a middle aged, unhappy person, who never sees your family and treats everyone horribly, you'll fit in just right.
