Pros

Nice Co-workers and customers. They let us take our breaks whenever we want

Cons

There is never any managers around when needed. On most days there is one associate working 4 or 5 different departments Nobody does their job so if you are a hard worker and you do your job you are stuck doing extra work. Training is horrible. Every manager tells you something different. They lie about how many nights and weekends you have to work a month.

Pros

wage is decent...people i work with on my level are great to work with

Cons

we are expected to do the work of 3 or 4 people for the pay of 1 and still make your goals.... no decent health insurance options that are affordable. no work/ life balance, if they didn't have to pay overtime they would just make you live there. no option as to if you want to work overtime, you just do it. instead of posting a position opening they just pick someone and give them the job even tho others are more qualified and have been there longer. they treat you like you are children that need a babysitter every minute of the day. ( and some do yes) No acknowlegment of your accomplishments, but they sure notice if you did something that is below thier standard.

Pros

Meeting new people and a fast paced work environment that can always offer something new. Competetive pay and moderate benefits. The people that you meet that work there are welcoming and receptive.

Cons

Non communication, un realistic expectations, favortisim, long hours, inflexible schedule requests, unsupportive upper management, negativity that creates a poisionious environment, double standards, nepotisim, disregard for anyones personal life because the assumption is that you dont have one and if you do you are penilized for it.
