Great experience to take to another company becuase you will do every job possible, from cleaning to merchandising and selling

Cons

You WILL live there. Worked almost 7 days a week, under staffed and company is on a hiring freeze? Well guess who must open and close the area? The salaried manager. Rediculous!

Sa,alry was above average. Customers were loyal. Associates were some of the best and most knowlagable. Management was able to run ther business.

Cons

Overworked and number of hours for managers out of control. Too much tiome worrying about the next visit from the main offices. Who is running the store? Store manager, operations or merchandisier? Customers and the main lifeline and should be the focus. Not tasks
