Pros

High end products, high end customers, friendly coworkers, a lot of internationals ladies working, good experience.

Cons

Working hours, no days off in a high season ( like Xmas). A lot of physical work when the shipment comes.

Pros

A lot of loyal customers who are constantly returning. You build good relationships with customers and call them using your C@D.

Cons

It does get really repetitive after about six months, not a lot of change. Always markdowns, opening new stock boxes, and constantly doing floor moves.

The merchandise selection is great and the end of the month extra percent off brings in alot of customers.

Cons

The employees have a Sales Per Hour quota and if they are not making thier SPH at review time, the pay will be cut.
