Pros

pay is more than minimum wage. very loyal customers, 25% employee discount, hours arent too early and not too late, and you gain experience in working the registers, merchandising, and selling.

Cons

Store management is awful. They don't care about their employees, just themselves and what benefits they'll get out of it. Its all about money with them, but in order to keep associates, you gotta treat them well, not like trash.
