Getting paid every week, meeting people who share the same hatred for the company.
Cons
Management at this company is a joke. No one knows what they're doing and even the store manager is not qualified to have her job. In fact she only has the job because she's sleeping with the district manager, so you can imagine the kind of things she gets away with. The systems the company uses are archaic and frustrating. the sales goals are ridiculous and because of them a lot of coworkers end up arguing and acting out in front of customers. not sure how this company is even functioning but i advise everyone to avoid this job.
