      Pros

      They do their best to ensure you're taken care of here. I've been highly impressed with how much effort goes into making sure I'm happy and getting me the tools to succeed. Plus the benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Only issues I've seen is there is some of the standard office politics that's to be expected. It's easily addressed though.

      Great agile teams, and encourage learning.

      Terrible leadership with tons of micromanaging. Poor benefits with an old-school corporate culture.
