Pros

Dime is a great company to start your career in finance. They offer training and professional development for those wanting to grow. Everyone you’ll meet is very nice and willing to help and answer questions you have.

Cons

A lot of people who have been with dime for years are stuck in the company’s old ways of banking and use it as an excuse to validate their opinions or micromanage daily tasks. Many false promises and minimal room for growth ESPECIALLY if you don’t have a strong management team behind you.
