      They will throw $ at you to keep you onboard.

      Cons

      The work culture is a negative 20 and the management wants you to do things that are not ethical. If you dont just do what they ask you will be on the bad list. Then there are the people in a management position that clearly have minimal knowledge and clearly don’t belong there. It’s the blind leading the blind across the board. Think long and hard before you decide to accept a position at this bank because upper management has a lot to learn about their employees and what is important ..

      Great people l, hard workers - aside from the grime that is senior management

      Horrendous work culture, lead by fear, no one in the entire bank feels positive about the direction of the bank or about senior management.

      Eh, not a lot of good.

      I've noticed that while a lot of us have been forced to relocate to Hauppauge, there are a few people who can get away with never coming into the office because they curry favor with senior nanagement. These are the same people getting promoted somehow.
