      Pros

      Steep learning curve, always more to learn as long as you ask. Good collaboration with colleagues all over the world. Seen one of the greatest manager in my career, almost like a fatherly figure who watches over you and supports the whole team.

      Cons

      Also seen some unfair practices where incompetent colleagues are promoted. Also seen one of the worst manager in my career.
