Lots of opportunities to work on improvements and freedom to do so. Care for employee wellbeing, I have never ever seen anyone stressed here. Lots of cases of internal hires. I believe this is absolutely fantastic, as this provides a lot of opportunities to develop yourself in fields it would be hard to apply for.

Cons

Technologically backward, which is also a big pro (plenty of improvements to work on). Rationing of resources creates a backlog, so it takes very long time to get something done. Salary is at least twice less then peers (speaking for myself here). I think this disparity narrows with higher seniority.
