      Pros

      Great employee culture, which makes working fun. Pay is good considering the work you do. Managers are fairly open to suggestions and new ideas to make restaurant more efficient.

      Cons

      Managers are all young, so management is unprofessional and inconsistent. Lots of gossip, favoritism, and miscommunication about performance expectations.

      Pros

      - This is one of the busiest restaurants in Bellevue. Once you get used to working here, no other restaurants will phase you.

      Cons

      - Chinese management means that the company is open on most holidays, including Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, etc. Management will work with you to let you have days off if notified ahead of time. - Popularity of restaurant means a huge number of people trying to get work here. If you are not working for the company, you will be cycled out.
