      Pros

      The restaurant had a great staff along with great managers. Everything was organized in a systematic way and was hard to learn at first, but once you get the hang of it it's very helpful.

      Cons

      There are some very difficult customers. The managers sometimes have trouble scheduling you the right times you asked for.
