Pros

The pay is good and I always feel the money is worth the hard work. The expectations feel consistent to me, which I appreciate. Most of the people I work with are good team players at the end of the day... despite the expected drama when u work anywhere that is as fast paced and demanding. The people who have a bad attitude tend to disappear, which sucks for them but is good for the over all environment.

Cons

Some managers are harder on some people than others. There is slight favoritism but that’s is expected anywhere I work. People are people.... it’s human nature.

Most of the other workers are very nice You have a glimmer of hope to move up if you lick the managers' feet (4 of them)

Cons

You can be fired (or it might just be me) Very very very busy The managers love to pick on you if they don't like something about you Work load can be unbearable sometimes

Pros

Pay is good, but there is never a definite percentage of tips you receive. every day is different, so technically you don't know if you are getting paid your right percentage ever.

Cons

The job postings saying that they want servers is not true. they want to hire you as a food runner so they can move up others to a serving position. So if you are looking to actually be a server, do not come here because everyone has to start as a food runner to even be considered to be a server.
