Pros

Benefits aren't bad; though they're not best in industry. 401k match is pretty good and supposedly, you get discounted electricity though that's not guaranteed.

Cons

Possibly the worst place to work. All of the hours and effort for none of the recognition, salary, bonus, or benefits. Constant turnover in management means a long-term vision is lacking. Bosses who don't bother to communicate with you yet expect you to read their minds.

Okay company to work for

Pros

At a time, employees were able to work from home. When this changed, you were given the option to either relocate to one of their offices (Pittsburgh or Houston) or accept a severance. Relocation to a U.S. city for a Canadian employee with a family isn't exactly considered a viable option for many people.

Cons

Low salaries, limited training opportunities, inferior laptops and mobile phones for telecommuters. Promotions/additional job opportunities were also limited for telecommuters.
