      Pros

      surrounded by talented people, respectful, growing, fun, never a dull moment. top players in the 911 space and energy efficiency industry.

      Cons

      cramped in our space due to growth, had to give up some of our play space. used to be all senior level engineers, now have brought on junior ones, so things have slowed a little

      I worked with some really talented people, technology forward

      Cons

      Management is horrific. Owners and CFO are so focused on balancing their books to the penny everyday (yes, they actually do this) that they have no perspective on how short sighted their decisions are. Employees are treated as expendable pawns, they have no loyalty or appreciation for how hard they work their employees.

      -Leadership cares about culture and growth, and are honest/direct -Work hard, play hard mantra -Low bureaucracy, high empowerment -Work environment is open and friendly

      Cons

      -Organic growth has led to a wide variety of services, making it hard to describe what we do -Fast pace takes priority over process (not always bad but can be inefficient in the long run)
