      Pros

      Positive management, especially the CEO. The man should be a motivational speaker! Softball team seems to create a lot of team chemistry. As a whole communication from management and from coworkers seems to be the best compared to anywhere I have ever worked. Love the Bagels on Friday from Panera.

      Wish I could have started here sooner.

      They pay you on time. That is about it.

      Cons

      The owners are only looking out for themselves, and make lots of false promises to keep you motivated. The work is high pressure, tedious, and can be very boring/meaningless.

      They actively hire with only a single interview. They have little day to day supervision over the developers.

      Cons

      Inexperienced management, reactionary vision, poor salaries and benefits, bad client relations, technical group seems to be at the bottom of the company ladder.
