Pros

I have found teams to be collaborative and supportive, working together toward a common goal. It's not perfect, but we are making progress together as a united team where colleagues support colleagues, and for the most part you have the ear of leadership who will almost always consider your thoughts and opinions, even if they choose to go in a different direction.

Cons

It can be challenging to make progress on projects in a larger organization.

Remote work, some good co workers if only for trauma bonding.

Cons

Too many to list. In over 30 years in travel (as an owner, operations, trainer, manager) I had never experienced the kind of mismanagement, employee abuse, unethical practices. Everyone there who is not deemed some kind of "manager type" and there were far too many inexperienced and unskilled to be as such, are miserable and unhappy. The best leave very quickly, the remainder have no problem compromising their ethics and moral compass. Worst travel position I ever held. I think back and shudder like it was a bad dream.
