Inclusive Team. Thought-out onboarding. Plethora or resources. Nicest coworkers. Flexible work environment. Paid for travel if on-site for a program. Transparent corporation. Amazing managers. Great core values.

Cons

Decent pay. Can get a program that operates over a weekend. Can get stressful with constant changes around COVID protocols.
