Pros

There isn't any pro's to working here aside from it being remote.

Cons

- No body stays here for more than 1-3 months and if they do it's because they can't find a job anywhere else -Micromanagement at the highest of levels - You will be treated more like a child versus an adult - No culture at all, everyone looks like they have one foot out the door - Lots of kool-aid drinking drones working here - ZERO autonomy, expected to track everything you do including your LUNCH! - Lots and lots and lots of turnover (44+ pages of past employees on LinkedIn) - They don't value their employees, skillsets or experience - Their company values are complete BS - The managing partner is an egotistical maniac

Thank you for sharing your experience. No one wants to feel like they’re being micro-managed, or lack the autonomy to do their best work. As a remote-first company, our ways of working are foundationally built on trusting employees to self-manage their tasks, calendars, and schedules. As a current employee, I hope that you feel comfortable reaching out (even confidentially) to a member of the Employee Experience or HR teams. We’re here to help, and we care about you and your experience.

Don’t leave a Full Time role to take a job here

Pros

Most coworkers that aren’t in leadership are great but unfortunately, you won’t get to work with them very long.

Cons

Everything else? Literally everything else. This place is a dumpster fire and the people burning it to the ground are the leaders. They bully the people on their teams and then laugh about it with other leaders, in front of other employees. They throw employees away like week old leftovers, regardless of how much that person has given to the company. The turn-over rate is ATROCIOUS regardless of whether it’s people leaving or people being fired. You’re lucky if you actually make it past the two week onboarding because they will fire you one week in if they feel like you aren’t good enough. WORD OF ADVICE: Don’t leave a paying job to come here if you aren’t 10,000% sure that you can make it past onboarding because it’s not actually 2 weeks of training, it’s really just an extension of the interview process. They WILL fire you if they feel like you aren’t “performing” well enough even if it’s only your first week and you are still trying to figure things out. If you value your mental health AT ALL, don’t work here. They will strip you of your humanity and make you feel like complete garbage. FYI - Don’t listen to the “good” reviews because I’m pretty sure those calls are coming from inside the house
