Pros

Remote work - another pro is identifying toxic traits in a terrible ceo

Cons

Don’t risk your current employment. If you’re unemployed stay unemployed until a different opportunity presents itself you’ll save yourself time and self respect.

Pros

Benefits "Unlimited Vacay" Nice team/coworkers

Cons

No real support/resources or structure for continued growth Many on the team have requested additional support for months, but management just expects people to overwork Lack of diversity -- especially when it comes to upper management
