Pros

Fair pay and inclusive benefits

Cons

Layoffs/firings - a ton of people are on PIPs and that is the default for correction CEO uses F-Bombs in company wide meetings and practices fear based management (he recently called the company "haters" in a meeting) and the internal response is, "that's just him" Project phase - clients hate it and team hates it and it's expensive - just get to work, it's not a true value prop It's a boys club - about 5 men make all decisions and are super out of touch (this was what the hater's comment was referencing, like come join the club or something)

Pros

- Some of the people working here are the nicest, most competent people I have ever met in my professional life. - Some clients are really awesome.

Cons

Unfortunately, most people who work at Directive are miserable and it's not just because they're grossly overworked, though they are. Everyone is afraid. Afraid of messing up and getting yelled at or berated. Afraid of losing their job for speaking out or making any kind of mistake. This is a fear that comes from the very top. Even if a manager is a good, nice person who does their best to shield their team, they are humans, and the pressure is going to come out eventually in some way or another. Incredibly toxic workplace which is sad because it has potential.
