Pros

Vibrant remote work culture, surrounded by exceptional "top-of-their-game" team members, amazing client portfolio, lots of room to grow and have ideas heard AND implemented.

Cons

Occasional hiccups with new processes and change management, the culture of extreme ownership fast pace simply doesn't work for everyone (I'd put this in the Pros column, for example, perhaps others wouldn't).

Pros

Very transparent leadership. Aggressive growth mindset. Extremely collaborative. C-Suite commitment to funding what’s winning.

Cons

Confidence that we belong in the room regardless of opportunity size. Maturation of internal process. Fully remote (Love it, but miss consistent opportunities to be with the team).
