At Directive, there is potential to excel as an individual if you are willing to learn and take the opportunities to grow. - Transparency is key to growth in a company and when working with clients and at Directive being open about wins, loses, issues and solutions are encouraged. - Managers are open for improvement and always willing to hear what you have to say -If you are new to the digital marketing world, have no fear because at Directive they are accommodating to your learning pace and are always willing to help. Perks: - Unlimited PTO - Snacks, Cold Brew, Kombucha, & WATER - If the weather permits, you can work outside - Pool table to show-off your skills

Cons

If you are an individual who has not sat at a desk for hours at a time, it might be difficult to adjust. Along with the slight cold office, but nothing a warm sweater cannot fix.

Pros

- Good people - Cultivates a learning environment on the business side - Limitless opportunities to learn (even as a recruiter) from some of the best who have their fingers on the pulse of the SaaS market

Cons

- long hours - unrealistic expectation imposed by middle management - every coaching opportunity seems kind of backhanded - your point of view falls to the wayside - I personally wouldn't describe them as a people first organization considering they let me go while I was hospitalized but to each their own
