Sorry you feel this way. Indeed the disc industry is mature, but we continue to be the undisputed leader in disc manufacturing for emerging artists, with 40 million discs made last year. This business continues to evolve in positive ways, and with our growing BookBaby brand there continue to be opportunities for growth, both inside Disc Makers, and with our sister brands. As the department where most of our new hires start, our contact center is indeed fairly structured. After all, this is the training ground for new team members, and it's where we pull from to fillother positions in the company. People who do good work usually have opportunities to move fairly quickly to other areas of the company, or to provide leadership and training in the contact center. Half of our team members are here over 10 years. I believe that that speaks volumes of the positive work environment we have here, and of ample career opportunities for individuals who would like to help musicians, authors, and filmmakers make a living doing what they're passionate about. Thanks for the feedback. Tony van Veen - CEO

Pros

They gave you time off. They let me work 4 10 hour shifts. HR was good. Flexible about time off sometimes.

Cons

Management was very aloof and disconnected from employees. Only care about the shareholders making money. No feedback from management about where the companies going. No opportunity for upward mobility. You just want to work just hard enough to not get fired.
