      Pros

      I am always so proud to say I work for Discord! The work is challenging but fun, and we work with such talented and wonderful people. We have a clear path to making our users happy and delivering a great experience—and it's amazing to see everyone share one common goal. I'm excited to see where the company goes in the upcoming years.

      Cons

      Discord is a place where we work with people who deeply care about the product and where we're going. While such enthusiasm sometimes comes with resistance to change, I don't see this as particularly problematic. Usually, after exploring the "why" behind changes, people tend to get on board. I think this can actually be viewed as a positive—it pushes us to be better prepared in explaining our reasoning to others.
