      Working at Discord has been an incredible experience over the last 1.5 years. The culture here is something special, everyone is passionate about the product and genuinely supportive of each other. The team is composed of brilliant, humble people who are always willing to share knowledge and collaborate. I've been able to structure my day in a way that maximizes my productivity while still having time for personal commitments. Would I recommend working at Discord? Absolutely! If you're looking for a place where you can work on meaningful projects alongside amazing people in a flexible environment, Discord should be at the top of your list.

      Does have at its heart a fun vibe. Team onsites to promote connection despite distributed workforce

      Cons

      Half of the people there still operate like it's a startup; the other half are industry professionals trying to add rigor to get the company to the next level as they grow rapidly. That creates a lot of pointless tension just to get the work done.
