the people are great, I feel like I belong, the work life balance is really good. I

Sometimes my team feel understaffed, which leads to some really busy times for every recruiter. Lots of changes happen, and a large volume of things are rolled out quite quickly within the People and Talent team, which makes for a lot of whiplash. I understand this happens at startups, but it's something to call out.
