      Pros

      Really love the transparency from all of our leadership and departments. Great opportunities to collaborate and work on fun projects while still hiring amazing folks for the company. Overall, such smart and talented folks across the People Org that make such a welcoming environment where you can be yourself.

      Cons

      If I had to put one, would like to see a few more opportunities and focus on leadership setting up a plan/trajectory to how we can develop and move up levels.

      Pros

      The people, the people, the people! Discordians are smart, funny, friendly, kind, quirky, and welcoming, and come from interesting and varied backgrounds -- I love working with and getting to know the people here.

      Cons

      We are still developing as a company, and it has taken some work to move from "endless resources in a booming economy with low interest rates" vibes to "strategic prioritization in an economy where interest rates are high and money is more expensive" vibes, but we are making progress.
