Highly engaged leadership team Incredibly smart and passionate people Meaningful work with a mission centered on helping people find belonging More transparent than most places Great benefits Overall really fun place to work

Cons

No annual bonus, corporate cards, and or mobile phone plan at this time - but strong equity upside, and a lot of great perks like home office fund, free lunch, and quarterly wellness benefit We could use some improvements on relying on Discord to communicate (which is really great for most things) vs other tools like email
