      Pros

      Gives scholarships just have to ask for them good flexible hours and close early all week to give time for other things.

      Cons

      Works in all weather and some times customers can be rude when your store is very busy also its a dirty job so be sure to clean your hands good before touching face.

      Great for teamwork building and communicating with team members. Leadership qualities shine here. Management is excellent. Can balance school and work schedules.

      Miscommunications will happen here and there. Fast paced environment which might not be for everyone.

      Pros

      good work area, the guys always have fun while they are working. currently a student and the store works around my hours.

      Cons

      vehicles are worked on outside in the back room and are open to whatever the current weather conditions are and in texas it is either really hot or really cold.
