      Pros

      With a good crew, the work day flies by and you can have a great time. Great place to learn how to treat customers and build relationships.

      Cons

      With the wrong crew, each day becomes a living hell full of verbal abuse, stress, and threats of cut hours if you're part time. Full time employees that don't hang out with higher ups outside of work and/or "play the game" are repeatedly passed over for advancement regardless of performance.

      Pros

      Fun atmosphere. Every store is different depending on the Manager. Helping those who are in need, my manager gave free tires away to less fortunate families.

      Cons

      No Saturdays off if you haven't been there for 5+ years. Pay is a little low for how hard you work. Long hour days.

      The company really cares and gives you the tools to succeed. The people around you also care and are constantly helping you improve.

      Cons

      You will have to get up early but with you will have to do that anywhere. Also, it's challenging if you don't like a challenge.
