Pros

Multicultural Company, Every body help other, wonderful training when you start the position and even though you be promote you will get training for the new position you are getting. Great benefits including a 401K and all medical expenses as Health, Vision and Dental with a lot of other side benefits. I am so happy to work with people that take care of others and support in there way.

Cons

Work weekends at least 2 or 3 times a month.

Pros

Paid time off. Good Insurance Package.

Cons

A billion dollar company that could barely afford to invest in their staff. As a remote working agent, I was given an old/out-dated office setup that would malfunction everyday. The training process is long and unnecessary and the clientele is the absolute worst. Don't work here.
