Bank is not established as well credit card, They make excuses for not focusing on improving Employees information on how to do the job in Bank. You learn how to do your job on the phones more then training, and even managers can't give you the answers to some of the most simple question. Bank is treated lesser then Credit Card for the info and the items given to the employees

Discover doesn’t pay as much as other companies I’ve looked into recently. They have also forced upon me a job role I absolutely hate with little room to move elsewhere. I moved to a specific department and it is basically being dissolved and I’m forced to take a terrible call type. Discover makes decisions without looking at how it will affect its employees. Over the seven years I’ve worked here, I see them make decisions behind our backs, with little communication, expecting us to pivot with major changes with only a few days notice, despite it being obvious changes were considered well in advance.
