Pros

Work with great, dedicated and motivated people.

Cons

CEO, CFO, Board, etc. lack the leadership to not give into the winds of change and bow to external social pressure which has added no value to company but adds complexity. We say we have culture and values but those change as the wind blows. They also do not seem to have a vision on how to market Discover as a Bank instead of a credit card company. Lost of blockers when trying to simplify and coordinate between businesses, not run like a bank but 4 separate companies.
