Pros

Great team and great people. Ability to develop programs from scratch.

Cons

Worst senior management leadership of my career. Require employees to set unobtainable goals and hold it against them when they perform exceptionally yet still fall short of expectations, rating them as less than meets expectations if they don't like the employee.

Pros

stable place to work, great people, opportunity if you fit the culture and find a good mentor. many long term employees.

Cons

you will not rocket to the top, can be very clique-ish, some managers and directors have no clue, pretty much what you expect at a very large organization. some areas you work like a dog

Pros

The people are pretty friendly. That's about as much as I could say for a pro. To be quite honest.

Cons

This job has the potential to be a great job, but it just makes me sad how you get graded on your calls and that determines if you get a raise or move to another position. I'd hate to leave this job, but it's not worth staying.
