Pros

Great benefits and time off

Cons

Old office equipment that breaks down weekly, little no raises, lack of leadership, no innovative ideas, limited promotions within you definitely need to know all the right people. It's more about networking and selling yourself to the managers than your actual skills. Very underpaid employees.

Pros

Discover is a great company to work for. The culture is good they try to make it as fun as possible with contests and games. Which definitly helps because it can be a stressful job. The pay is great and benefits as well! Easy to get promoted.

Cons

Its very stressful, not something for everyone, back to back calls sometimes it feels like there is no time to breath.
