Pros

Benefits start on day one. Pretty much always hiring, like most call centers.

Cons

High turnover because its a call center, and call centers are terrible to work at. I would only recommend if you have no other place to work and need a paycheck...the only reason I worked there as long as I did was trying to find a lasting job somewhere else.

Pros

Communication of accurate information is poor. website almost always experiencing issues. Probably a great place to work if you are not in the call center. lots of employee appreciation 'activities'.

Cons

Not enough people in the so call 'chat' to answer reps questions. Getting different info from different TC/TL. Overall frustration with having to take customers' angry outburst for things you have no control over.most of time. pay is lower than average and pay raise is way less than a $1. high turnover as expected in call centers.
