Pros

Benefits PTO Staff Company Values Work/Life Balance Exposure to Senior Management Opportunity for growth

Cons

Corporate politics - playing favorites, especially in Internal Audit Moving internally from one position to another, for lateral moves, HR will make sure you don't get a penny more than your current salary even if you are way below the industry average. If you have a manager that is willing to push for it, they have to know the right people, otherwise HR will make them out to be the villain and "against company policies" as well.

Pros

Great company with great people who make the days bearable. Nice facilities and building had lots of amenities! Great place to learn since you can get promoted easily.

Cons

Senior Leadership is disconnected from what is actually happening. They say they have an open door policy but if you call attention to the mess then it only gets flipped on you. Pay is terrible
