Pros

They have Great PTO, benefits and work life balance. The Campus is fantastic with a great onsite cafe and a fitness center.

Cons

Career advancement opportunities are limited in your current role. Reviews are mediocre at best. Training is underwhelming. Promotions happens more often if you switch roles often or become part of the political culture.

Pros

Your fellow employees are great. Benefits aren't bad. I learned that I never want to work for a company that gives out candy to recognize high performance. Easy job.

Cons

Upper management views you as a number. Vengeful atmosphere. Management says they want honest feedback but will punish you for what they perceive as a negative comment. In the call centers it feels like a high school atmosphere with you director as principal. Upper management is not good at admitting mistakes.

Pros

Well known company with a lot of resources for development.

Cons

Management shows favoritism and targets certain employees that are vocal about concerns. Basically if you express being anything, but happy you'll be blacklisted and treated poorly.
