Pros

Lateral and upward mobility to those that work hard Generous PTO Fiscally responsible

Cons

Not enough fully remote work options Other companies pay better in the product space While a great company the ability to be fully remote and still get competitive pay is causing me to think about looking at other opportunities.

Pros

The pay was good, and they were great at accommodating me after having a loss of a family member.

Cons

So so stressful, I would be so busy I wouldn’t be able to go to the bathroom sometimes. Couldn’t think straight with so many things going on at once constantly
