Pros

Strong brand Great benefits Good people and smart Lot of growth (Olympics and Eurosport esp) Opportunities for creative and smart people

Cons

Executives are a bit short term thinking Marketing is not a valued skill set or discipline Culture can be clique-y Viewers are like an alien species rather than engaged partners (like most pat TV companies, the business is way too B2B and not enough B2C) Not strong when it comes to tools for social and digital (international mainly)

Pros

Pay was really good, and there were good perks including an in house medical centre and discounts. People were really nice too.

Cons

Communication wasn't great and job satisfaction was poor.
