The work of helping the elderly and families find a good home with needed services is good and noble.

Cons

Management for the Texas region is horrible and people are treated terribly! Worst I’ve ever seen. No job is worth the experience. Stay away!!

Pros

Working in the home office, there is a huge opportunity for growth. This company is expanding at a fast pace and there is never a shortage of things to do and you will never be bored! I work for Discovery Marketing Group within DSL and the team i work with is extremely creative and easy to work and get along with. There are themed parties about once a month or so and there is a holiday party that is outside of the office. Managers have an open door policy and are all on an even playing field with their team.

Cons

HR is an outside company so it can be hard to get a hold of them sometimes when it comes to benefit enrollment. Health insurance is a little higher than what i have been used to in the past but there is an array of options to choose from.

Pros

The residents were a blast, fun, loving and always caring about their care givers. Most of the staff were pleasant to be around. But that's about it

Cons

The schedules were never on point, you ended up working whole weekends by your self with orientation employees to train and still take care of all of your duties. The level of stress your put under, over worked and never paid correctly.
