Pros

Great team to work with, outstanding sales training, fantastic residents and overall great company to work for. The management is always open to ideas and fostering new talent. The interview process was easy and I was well informed throughout the process. They definitely believe in helping others and the residents.

Cons

Sometimes work life balance can be hard because you are required to work over the weekend. It is easily manageable but may not suit everyone's preference. During the holiday period families usually come to view the community so taking off around the holiday season can be difficult, but you always have the option.

PTO, health benefits, 401k, company is great at showing appreciation for the staff's hard work, great food, compensation is very fair, corporate group is excellent, owner makes frequent visits to check on staff and property, very active owner/corporate team, thorough hiring process, great orientation.

Cons

Corporate HR not very helpful and pre-judges you, have to seek out your own training, not given the training needed to be successful in ALL areas, judge you based on age, no recourse for executives who bully you, a lot of back stabbing.
