Not Worth The Stress

Pros

Most - of the residents make it worth it. They are truly the only reason I stayed for so long.

Cons

Toxic work environment. High turnover rate in most departments. A lot of gossiping happens throughout the community. Insurance is sky high. There really are no benefits to working here, except the residents.
