Pros

You get hired on the spot and need absolutely no experience, no matter the position.

Cons

I worked here for months in the Memory Care unit and even though I've never worked fast food, I know they'd treat me better. Every employee you work with doesn't care about helping the residents and won't help you if you need it. Management cares less about you and constantly tries to find ways to take the heat off them for neglect or family complaints, so you're always the problem. If you work here, you'll never get a moment to sit, breathe, be treated like your human, you name it. Nothing you do is appreciated and anything anyone does wrong is brushed off or ignored because they're always severely understaffed, so you're constantly picking up after your fellow employees slack. Pay is so bad, not worth anything you do here. Seriously, even the benefits don't make how you're treated here worth it! I only started working here for the benefits, and because so many residents leave(poor care) and employees quit(terrible management), they CUT MY HOURS, as a full time employee, a week before I would've qualified for them! They said they didn't have enough residents to have full time employees(they cut everyone's hours, not just me) even though I was hired as a full time employee and made it clear to management I could only work there if I had a full time schedule. Doesn't matter though because the place had bugs and roaches everywhere, the employees who did last gossiped about and bullied any who was trying to, the residents were always being neglected or falling, and nothing I was ever promised was delivered from this place. Nice to not work here anymore.
